EatingWell Wednesday - Toasted Sesame Noodles

We all had the craving for some sesame noodles so I decided this would be a perfect opportunity to use some whole wheat noodles. I love this recipe from EatingWell.com but note, the full recipe will make a lot of noodles so this would be a very affordable dish for company.

My dish did not come out as pretty because I had bought angel hair instead of spaghetti but it tasted just as good. Make this now.

By the way, it is very simple to toast sesame seeds: Use a wide pan and heat the sesame seeds on medium heat, shaking the pan occasionally until they darken and become fragrant. Store in a jar at room temperature.

Yes, those simple meals do come in handy when you're short on time. Like now when I have a sick little boy and husband. Did I mention I HATE the flu?
