Making use of an entire lemon. This is a great way to add flavor to butters, marinades, dressings and to any side dish. In addition, I love to place some lemon peel onto a freshly glazed bundt cake or as a garnish to any plate.

My favorite way to use lemon is on sauteed chicken or scallops in white wine with some lemon juice and zest.
For me, desserts (especially cakes) - I love a good citrus treat!
Always enjoy your videos :) I love citrus zest... I often put it in sauces or icings (or anything else I'm making!)
