It's anyone's game. Stephan is clearly the best chef but he has been making mistakes. Carla does have the "love" factor on her side LOL. Who do you think it's going to be?
Let's see: I feel in my gut that Hosea will not win so let's say it is down to Carla and Stefan. If we are choosing based on my experience for 20 years in restaurants: I like's Carla's personaliy much better than Stefans and working for a chef that makes the kitchen a pleasant place to be makes the restaurant a better place. Saying that, Stefan can make more complex dishes without mcuh thought BUT is that really the skill needed to be successful? Carla's food is clean and simpler which I think goes a long way with 90% of the population. However, Top Chef is usually going for the more complex worldly chef so than it is Stefans to take.
I hate to say I think it will be Stephan. I hope Carla wins, but I think it's a long shot...

Gaaah! I was sooo disappointed . . . poor Carla.
I wanted Carla to win, but am glad it was Hosea and not Stefan. I wish Carla hadn't let her helper (cannot remember her name) talk her into the souffle. I have to admit I got teary-eyed myself when she started crying at judge's table.
I'm just sorry the season is over. It flew by.
