Sun-Dried Tomato Artichoke Chicken

I promise. I deliver. Here is the 'Bride's Dinner Chicken' dish. Courtesy of Erica via Knorr. She alters it in two ways:
1. Omitting the additional olive oil
2. Used butterflied boneless breasts.

Ingredients:
4 butterflied chicken breasts (about 2 lbs.)
1 package Knorr® French Onion recipe mix
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
8 oz jar sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped
1 jar (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
